Crisis Management Practice
We offer an approach to crisis management policy and procedures that differs from the traditional event-driven command-and-control method. Crisis management guidelines are provided rather than specific procedures since impact and recovery varies with each crisis. Business considerations including reputation, regulatory standing, employees, plant and equipment, business operations and processes, business continuity, and financial condition are all incorporated into a crisis management policy that exactly fits an organization and is applicable to many types of crises.

EHS Risk Management Policies & Programs Practice
Consulting services include assessment, research, analysis, documentation, design, and implementation of strategic-level environmental, health and safety risk management programs and policies. Services are utilized to resolve or prevent complex environmental, health and safety issues and problems that have negative strategic impacts. Considerations include business objectives and goals, organizational structure and culture, available resources, stakeholder views, and corporate risk profile.

Litigation Support Practice
We provide a supportive role to help attorneys build or strengthen arguments and guide their clients through difficult and highly complex internal, regulatory and litigation matters. Case contributions include risk analysis, crisis management, risk communication, research, investigations, fact witness interviews, strategic guidance, and testimony.

Risk Communication Practice

Hogan & Associates provides guidance, direction, and support to ensure that a client’s health and safety programs and training continue to meet business objectives and goals and regulatory requirements. We have the skill and knowledge to provide sophisticated analyses of air, surface and dermal exposure situations. Development and delivery of skills-based training is a particularly strong expertise.

Software Management Applications Practice
Our internet/intranet-based business applications help, including protrotrack.com, control organization-wide health and safety policies and programs. Its applications are easily managed by non-technical personnel, provide complete and integrated compliance, ensure operational control through user-driven customization, and establish an audit trail that exists in real-time. We develop and support case management, safety record keeping, training, facilities management, timekeeping/billing, and other client-centered enterprise and database applications.

Associations Health & Safety Support Practice
We are contracted as the health and safety consultant for associations. Association members receive industry-specific guidance, training, and resource materials delivered at meetings and via internet applications. Hogan & Associates provides phone advice to association members as part of the contractual arrangements with the associations.
