Theodore J. Hogan, PhD, CIH, directs the firm. Dr. Hogan was formerly the corporate
head of safety and industrial hygiene for Commonwealth Edison. He has also
taught graduate courses on a variety of public health topics for the past 25
years, including: disaster management, industrial hygiene, toxicology,
hazardous waste, and risk assessment. |
